Application: Writing Sample

As part of the application process, you are required to submit a writing sample on a topic of your choice or a previously written paper. It should be one to two pages in length, typed and double-spaced. Careful consideration should be paid to content and technical correctness.

If you are applying for the Intercultural-LEAD Fellowship, the required Fellowship application essay can also be used as your writing sample for the application for admission. The essay question can be found here: How do I apply for a Fellowship?

If you are applying online using the CSB/SJU Get Inspired Application or the Common Application, you can choose to submit your writing sample as part of your electronic application.
