Housing Exemption Appeal

EXEMPTION DENIAL APPEAL PROCESS

Students whose requests for exemption are not granted have the right to appeal the exemption decision. Appeals must be submitted within three (3) business days of receipt of notification of the outcome of their request. Appeals of the exemption determination can only be made on one or both of the following grounds:
1. Alleged procedural errors which substantially affected the review of the request.
2. Newly discovered or previously unavailable information of substance that would likely affect the decision.
Please note: Appeals for other reasons will not be considered.
