2025/26 Swim & Dive Goal Sheet
This Goal Sheet a tool to be used toward your success this year!

Goals give you direction, and setting goals help you identify what is important to YOU!

Setting goals helps us measure progress toward success, helps you stay motivated and
keeps you accountable.

Performance Goals: Goals within your control that will contribute to the larger team goals.

Process Habits: Habits that you can practice that will support your pursuit of performance goals.

Outcome (Legacy) Goals: What do you want to leave behind after all your hard work.
Performance Goals
List one athletic goal you want to achieve before November 30th? Be specific with your goal.

Process Goals: List anything that you will change or add to your training/life balance to help you accomplish these fall goals.
Please be specific and detailed with small, achievable goals toward those changes. Example: Sleep more: goal is to go to bed at a consistent time every night and wake up at a consistant time each morning..
   
   
   
   
Performance Goals: List at least three athletic goals you want to achieve by the end of the year, followed by the steps you will take to get there. Ex: I want to break the 400 IM Record. I will work on my transition turns, be intentional with all of my IM practices, take three uw kicks off each wall.
Knowing these may change as we move through the season, list what you currently want right now for end-of-season goals.
