General Physical Expectations:

Expect to carry approx. 30 lbs for 3-5 miles per day during our backpacking portion;
Expect long day hikes (5-10 miles) at higher altitudes, including the possibility of snowshoeing and winter weather;
Expect basic amenities for the duration of the trip (i.e. no showers!);
Expect to share tents, meals, and overall close living conditions with the group throughout the trip.

Given the above expectations, do you have any concerns or limitations with your physical and mental ability to stay engaged with the program activities and contribute to the group throughout the trip?
