Taking care of your mental health is essential practice for succeeding in college. This presentation considers the 8 Dimensions of Wellness and encourages students to create a Mental Health Practice Plan to incorporate skills into their daily life to maintain and improve their mental health. Whether you're feeling stressed or just want to stay on track, this session will offer tools and insights to take care of yourself and make the most of your first year.
