Mentor Expectations:

1. You will be assigned to one undergraduate CSB/SJU student who joined the McCarthy Center Mentor Program (more if you choose).
2. Have at least one phone/Zoom/in-person conversation with your mentee within the first month of the program and three to five times through Spring 2025.
3. If possible, attend the in-person annual “Polidazzle” reception, date and location TBA.
5. Offer mentees a variety of other opportunities such as reviewing resumes or cover letters, hosting students for job shadowing, sharing invitations to events, doing mock interviews, and having email exchanges on class assignments, for example.
6. If possible, participate in an online small group seminar and/or campus visit with students about your career, community involvement, and ideas.
