Vendor & Center for Entrepreneurship Partnership Proposal
SCOPE
• The Center for Entrepreneurship is solely responsible to determine the best
suited vendors for our environment.
• Vendors will provide retail ready products, visual merchandising and any
marketing materials for their products.
• Center for Entrepreneurship and vendor will execute an ongoing social media and
email marketing campaign to drive awareness of partnership and traffic to the
online Markets.
• Vendor will assist in marketing their products by creating buzz and marketing on
their own social media the availability of their products at the Markets.
TERMS
• Student vendor remains sole owner of products during the Market period.
• The Center for Entrepreneurship maintains no ownership over product collections
or revenue generated from sales.
• Vendor is responsible for defective or damaged items returned from customer.
ELIGIBILITY
• Must be a current CSB/SJU student, staff or faculty member. Community referrals
can be discussed with the Center for Entrepreneurship.
• Must be original products and not part of another company.
• Certain product categories will not be eligible to participate in this program.
These items include but not limited to: certain products being sold on behalf of
another company, certain food items, and any items the Center for
Entrepreneurship deems inappropriate.
• The Center for Entrepreneurship has final determination of product selection.
